Dr. Hetsler is a financial specialist and has dealt with retirement divisions in a countless amount of cases.

Further, Dr. Hetsler has testified and been qualified as an expert witness in divorce cases involving valuing retirement or pension accounts as well as provided expert assistance in dividing pension or retirement accounts for attorneys and mediators nationwide.

Attorneys often call upon him because of his unique set of financial skills that are often required in dividing a retirement account through the use of a Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO).  He has also been retained to provide Pension Valuations and Prepare Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDRO's) in countless divorce cases.

Dr. Hetsler's skills are diverse because, in addition to having a Doctorate Degree in Jurisprudence (does not maintain an active legal license), he is also a Licensed Certified Public Accountant (Licensed in Virginia) , a Nationally Certified Valuation Analyst, a Forensic Certified Public Accountant by the Forensic CPA Society and Certified in Financial Forensics by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Finally Robert is an active member of the, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Valuation & Litigation Section), the American College of Forensics International and the Association for Conflict Resolution
